Separation Anxiety
Roman loves spending time with us, and we like to spend time with him too, but when one of us leaves, he really freaks out and it’s a huge deal for him. He’ll try and run out the front door as we open it and once, he even got his head stuck in the screen door because Peter wasn’t quick enough in closing it! (Roman was in no way hurt during this ordeal, just waited till Peter opened it up for him). He can see out the front doors window when he stands on his back legs, but now he’s finally big enough to look out the big picture window in front. Or, maybe he just realized it was the same view, but a lot less work! Either way, he will sit there and just stare out the window/door waiting for Peter or myself to come back home for like 20 minutes, seriously, really strange, but he thinks he’s accomplishing something! More power to him I say! At least he doesn’t bark the whole time, that would so not be cute!

I remember on the show Americas Funniest Home Videos that they showed pet who tore the house apart when the parents left, due to separation anxiety. Good thing you have Roman in a cage while you are both gone. Does Roman try to get up on the window seat? He'd have to sit sideways I guess, and I bet he hasn't figured that out yet. Later,
He hasn't tried to get all the way up, usually it's just his front paws up on the ledge, but everytime I go to get the camera, he runs to find me. Heaven forbid I leave his sight!
How Cute! He is REALLY BIG! I bet it is nice to always have "someone" around.
